Greenock Portrait Photographer // Sophie

We had weather that couldn't make it mind up for this one... one minute it was sunny, the next it was raining (nevermind that I think I have two broken toes on my left foot!).

Every time the clouds opened up we would jump into Sophie's brother's car and he would take us to another location.

Big thanks for that mate.

Being a photographer in Scotland, rain is something you need to get used to unfortunately.

These guys were troupers and didn't let the weather put a "dampener" on things.

So yeah that was a bad joke... sorry.

Anyways... here are the pix!

Mountblow

This housing scheme in Mountblow which is located in Clydebank has been known more recently for its appearance in Peter Mullan's film NEDS.

I have friends who grew up there and my sister in law lived there for many years.

The football pitches are also well known by many not just within the town but by a great deal in the surrounding area's who have either kicked a ball or cheered folk on from the sidelines.

Though I would have a walk about and make some images.

Right better be off, heading out to watch the Champions League Final in the Mountblow Bar!
